ExWell means exercise for wellness.

Exwells mission is to transform the lives of people and families living with the burden of    chronic illness through community based clinical exercise programmes.

These medically supervised exercise classes are designed to support people with chronic illnesses or those in recovery, helping improve physical health, mental well-being, and overall quality of life in a safe and supportive environment.

A referral is required from a Health Professional such as your GP of Consultant
